HYBRID COMPOSITE PRODUCTS GmbH develops, produces and distributes innovative, technologic high-quality products. We are a young and dynamic company, which reacts flexible in the market and are operateing quick and efficient in launching new products, supported by the knowledge and experience of IB STEINER.

We are able to cover the entire service chain from product development right through to maturity phase, pilot production of plastic parts with highest precision, processing of thermoplastics and also digital printing of plastic parts.

This Austrian company is behind the development and production of the high-tech products such as TWiNTEE or O-Cleaner. Ventilated lid for pellet storage

Filler lid with ventilation function STORZ 110-A to DIN 14323 This ventilated lid has been developed für pellet industry in cooperation with PROPELLETS AUSTRIA. The special design of the lid enables permanent and autonomous exchange of air between the pellet store and outside air. This prevents an unhealthy concentration of carbon monoxide.

O-CLEANER X

The O-CLEANER X is mounted directly on the handlebar of the shopping cart. With a simple sliding action, the disinfectant is coated on the handlebar via a dispensing system. It is then removed by an integrated wiper. The handle is now dry and hygienically clean with a simple swipe.

EXJECTION ®

This technology is a special injection molding process that combines the advantages of extrusion and injection molding in one process. It is ideally suited to the production of long, thin-walled and structured parts with low clamping force. In any case the production of truly 3 D, endless components is made possible with end caps and functional elements, such as snap-fit hooks and screw bosses, are shaped on the profile as it is produced. All this is possible with small moulding machines which reduces investment and manufacturing costs.
